Would I need to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?
Not at all! You are welcome to visit our showroom at your convenience to explore our product offerings, enjoy a refreshment in our inspiration area, and schedule a complimentary design consultation. If you prefer to book an appointment in advance, you can do so by giving us a call or by clicking here.
Do I have to pay for my consultation
No, you don’t. This is all part of our offering. The consultation consists of a free measure up, followed by an invite to discuss your design in detail.
Do I have to pay for your VR Kitchen Experience?
Once your design is ready, we’ll invite you back to our studio to step into your ‘new’ kitchen using our immersive VR experience! This gives you the chance to explore every detail and make any final tweaks. Best of all, it’s completely free—we want you to feel 100% confident in your decision!
What are your payment terms?
We want to make the payment process as simple and stress-free as possible for you! Here’s how it works:
First Step: A 50% deposit secures your order and gets everything underway.
Second Step: Before your installation begins, the remaining balance (minus £500) needs to be settled.
Final Step: Once your kitchen is fully installed and any finishing touches are complete, the last £500 will be paid.
For supply-only orders, full payment is made when you place your order.

While we may occasionally run promotions, we take pride in offering fair pricing from the start. Our prices are set competitively, without artificial inflation, ensuring you always receive genuine value rather than discounts based on inflated original prices.
